More Cracker Than Cookie, and That's a Good Thing
These were a pleasant surprise. Despite being called cookies, they reminded me much more of a cracker or crisp than a traditional cookie. They have a nice crunch, a savory flavor, and worked really well with both chicken salad and egg salad. The combination of almonds and seeds gives them a unique texture, and they make a great low-carb alternative when you're looking for something to pair with lunch or a snack plate. They're flavorful without being overpowering, which lets whatever you're pairing them with shine. The only reason I'm giving these 4 stars instead of 5 is that quite a few of the crisps were broken when my order arrived. They still tasted great, but it felt like a quality control or packaging issue that could use some improvement. Overall, these were flavorful, versatile, and something I'd order again. Just hoping for fewer broken pieces next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quality cracker
As others have said they are a bit on the sweet side. My husband said more of a cookie than cracker. That being said they do grow on you and I like them. CRUNCHY which is a must for a cracker! The topping of seeds is another good choice. They are good alone with all the different flavor notes. A quick treat bite of one cracker when you need something to keep the hungry away.
